Data Access Request

Under Canadian privacy legislation you may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw a consent you previously provided to us.

How to make a request

Send your request to our Privacy Officer by email at privacy@LendingArch.ca. Please include your full name, the email address and telephone number used in your application, and a description of your request. We will verify your identity before acting on the request.

Response times

We honour and respond to all verified requests in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (Canada) and applicable provincial privacy laws.
